FITTING.
On AL-KO chassis from model year 1989, where the holders for the corner steadies have the following dimensions: dimension A 605 mm and dimension K 23 mm (see drawing of cantilever). On chassis which are not from AL-KO, it must be mounted by a specialist garage or checked by the relevant chassis manufacturer. With other chassis, assembly rails can be fitted as an assembly aid depending on the installation situation
if necessary (art. no. 78 260). The control unit (black box) should be installed as close to the entrance area as possible (e.g. storage box). There is a key switch on the control unit (safety switch), which must be pressed before operating. Only then is remote control possible.
OPERATION.
Extension: press key switch on the control unit. Press group button (for all 4 corner steadies). The corner steadies are now automatically extended individually, i.e. one after the other, until they make contact with the ground. Then each corner steady is individually readjusted as required until the vehicle is level. Retraction: press key switch on the control unit. Press group button (for all 4 corner steadies). The corner steadies are now automatically retracted individually, i.e. one after the other.
Scope of supply:
• 4 Stabilform corner steadies with integrated electric motor.
• 4 reinforcement plates (fitted between ground and corner steady).
• 4 AL-KO big foot s (already fitted to corner steady).
• 1 control unit with integrated radio receiver. Flexible installation in the vehicle (e.g. storage box).
• 1 power supply cable (from distributor to control unit).
• 4 connection cables (from control unit to corner steadies).
• 1 hand-held radio transmitter.
